What to Bring:

Swim Suits (if you can, we recommend bringing more than one so you have a dry one for the second afternoon sessions), goggles, flip flops or sandals, swim caps, robes, water, pad and pen for note taking.

We recommend that male students wear a Speedo-type brief/jammer or close-fitting triathlon swim shorts, rather than loose-fitting swim trunks, which can make balance even more of a challenge. Nose-plugs can be very helpful in avoiding distraction in Sweet Spot, in wavy conditions

Lockers, towels and showers are available at the club
